We will use the medicine as a sacred ally to increase our somatic listening skills and allow sensations to naturally emerge. Conscious sensing, breathing and moving will be our form of bodily prayer and connection to the Spirit of the medicine.
What is Microdosing?
Microdosing refers to the practice of consuming small, sub-therapeutic doses of sacred plant medicines on a regular basis. At Spirit Medicine, we refer to and focus on microdosing mushrooms. Unlike recreational or full-dose experiences, microdosing involves taking a fraction of the typical dose, often around 1/10th to 1/20th of a standard recreational dose.
The aim of microdosing is not to induce hallucinations or other intense effects but rather to experience subtle enhancements in cognition, mood, creativity, or overall well-being. Many proponents of microdosing report benefits such as increased focus, creativity, emotional insight, and reduced anxiety or depression symptoms.

Each breathwork session is guided and tailored to focus on the specific chakra and element being explored that week. You can expect a combination of breathing practices, meditation, and movement practices designed to activate and balance the energy centers in the body.

Participants are encouraged to microdose at home throughout the entire course, following guidance on dosage and frequency provided at the beginning of the program. Weekly check-ins and reflections on microdosing experiences are included to support your journey.

All participants must fill out health intake form prior to admittance to the program. Participant safety is a top priority. We provide comprehensive safety guidelines, and referral resources for participants. Additionally, Aubrey will be available to offer support and guidance throughout the program.

Upon completion of the program, participants are encouraged to integrate the practices and insights gained into their daily lives. Continue work with private sessions, workshops and retreats for growth beyond the program.

We encourage participants to attend each session to fully engage with the process and hold space for each your experiences. While we recommend attending live sessions whenever possible to maximize the benefits of the experience, we understand that life happens, and recordings are provided to ensure you can still participate and stay connected with the program.
